- Refrain from attempting to tamper with, forge, or misuse verification IDs, QR codes, or verification results.
Privacy Policy
- We collect and store the information necessary to issue and verify documents, including organization details, document metadata, and verification activity.
- Data is stored using encrypted infrastructure and is not shared with third parties except where required for the platform's core verification functionality or by law.
- Organizations retain control over the documents they issue and can manage access through role-based permissions.
- Users may contact us to request information about data held about them, in line with applicable data protection regulations in their jurisdiction.
Disclaimer
VerifyDocument.online verifies that a document matches the record issued by an organization on our platform. We do not independently investigate or guarantee the truthfulness of the information contained within a document — that responsibility rests with the issuing organization. Blockchain integration referenced in our security features is part of our platform roadmap and is not yet active; current document integrity is maintained through encryption, tamper-resistant verification, and audit logging.
